Our Service

1.We will dispatch our engineer to the buyer' s factory to install and test the equipment. The buyer should be responsible for the expense during the trip which includes the air tickets, accommodation etc. To make sure the installation goes smoothly, please prepare power, water supply etc in advance.

2.Within one year' s time after installation, if any quality problem occurs, the seller will provide spare parts for free and teach the buyer how to repair the equipment.If the problem can not be solved by the buyer itself, the seller will sent our engineer to the buyer's site to repair the equipment. The buyer should be responsible for the expense during the trip. If the damage is caused by the operational error, not the quality problem, the seller should provide the spare parts at a reasonable price.
